Courduroy Mountain #1

Today, the mailman dropped off the first issue of Corduroy Mountain at my apartment. I must say, the journal is a fantastically conceived piece. Completely hand-made with individualized covers, the journal embodies a chapbook aesthetic; it also has a corresponding web-based component. Unfortunately, from reading Carl Annarummo's blog, the inuagural print issue will be the only print issue, as the journal will be 100% online from here-on-out. Nonetheless, it is great to be part of it. Other contributor's include: Blake Butler, Brandon Shimoda and Sommer Browning, Adam Maynard, B.J. Love, as well as a host of others. From my understanding, the run on the print version is quite limited, so you should jump over to the CM site ASAP and order yourself a copy before they disappear.
